What does each ride mode do?
Free Ride — no targets, just tracking. Recovery — easy effort focused on keeping heart rate low. Endurance — steady aerobic effort for longer rides. Tempo — comfortably hard, sustained pace. Threshold — high intensity near your limit. Intervals — structured work/rest cycles with countdowns and automatic lap tracking.
My Bluetooth sensor isn't showing up. What should I do?
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone and your sensor is awake (spin the crank, press a button, or check the battery). In Veyra, open Settings → Sensors and tap the Scan button. Veyra supports heart rate monitors, cadence sensors, speed sensors, combined speed/cadence sensors, and power meters over Bluetooth. If the sensor still doesn't appear, restart the app and try scanning again.
How do I connect Strava?
Strava sync is a premium feature. Open Settings → Connections, tap Strava, and follow the authorization prompt. Once connected, your rides will sync to Strava automatically after each ride ends. Strava connection requires an active Veyra premium membership.
Which music platforms does Veyra support?
Veyra supports Apple Music and Spotify. You can set your preferred platform under Settings → Connections → Music Platform. For Spotify, you'll need to authorize your Spotify account. YouTube Music support is coming soon.
Can I customize my dashboard tiles?
Yes. During a ride, long-press any tile to enter edit mode and rearrange or resize tiles. You can track speed, heart rate, cadence, power, distance, elevation, gradient, laps, calories, and more. Premium users also have access to additional dashboard views including detailed, compact, and lap-focused layouts.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. Your ride data and account information will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email support@rideveyra.com with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
